Location perfect for our visits to Italy! The staff are helpful especially Sonia who made every effort to make us feel welcome! The disabled facilities are very good! If you need your bed ‘wheelchair cushion height make sure your request on booking your room! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Parking good with locked gate after 10pm. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for a night on our way to Italy and had a good experience. The hotel was very clean, and it was in a convenient spot for our trip. The staff were nice and very helpful. Even though we woke up late and requested additional cheese, ham, and other breakfast items, they promptly provided everything we needed. It was very quiet, and we enjoyed having coffee under the pergola outside. It's a shame we didn't have enough time to use the swimming pool, but overall, we were happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Very large rooms, free parking -closed by France at night- (acces at night is no problem, 24/7 service at the desk. Bathroom clean and excellent shampoo/ body wash (Dove!) and hair brush. The swimming pool; we were in the car for a long drive with 3 kids; absolutely a huge advantage. Communication is perfect. Breakfast; just everything you want on a buffet!

The staff were brilliant. Breakfast was fantastic, unlimited crepes and Nutella dispenser went down well with kids. Room was comfortable and clean, with a great private shower.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We were without a car, so to reach the hotel was a little bit difficult - by tram from the center of Strassbourg, and after - 20-25 minutes walk. The hotel and the room met our expectations. Comfortable beds. Very clean and new bath room. Central conditioner was walking fine (it was +26 outside). Wifi Internet is perfect. Nice hotel yard to sit and relax with the beer after the long day. Brekfast is simple, but tasty and it is all you need when travelling. I would stay here once again when I am in Strassbourg.
